The renewal thesis

Renew the people, and the people renew the business.

Christiana White founded Renew Strategy Group after twenty years as an operator and executive inside national aesthetics brands - most recently as COO of Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center. Across all of them, the thing she did over and over, the thing she calls her greatest joy was identifying potential and developing careers that change lives and companies. That is renewal.

Every challenge in retail medicine eventually becomes a people challenge. Practices don’t scale on better software or sharper marketing, and they rarely fail for lack of ideas.

They rise or stall on the strength of the people inside them. The right people create the right culture. The right culture creates the right systems. The right systems create exceptional performance. People aren’t one input to the strategy. They are the strategy.

So she built a firm around that conviction. Renew helps organizations renew their people, so those people can renew the business. 


We’ve spent 20 years proving one thing: people are the strategy. Everything else is implementation.
